Description

The purpose of this brief is to set out the Council's requirements for a 'Charrette' led masterplanning exercise for a strategic site in the Borough of Havant. The site in question is greenfield land between Emsworth and Denvilles/Warblington, the A27 cutting through the southern part. It has been estimated to be capable of accommodating a minimum of 1,650 dwellings, together with associated physical and social infrastructure.
