Description

Leicester City Council undertook a procurement process for the provision of a Dementia Support Service. Leicester City Council led theprocurement on behalf of Leicestershire County Council, Leicester CITY CCG, West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG. This service aims to assist people living with dementia and their families/informal carers in Leicester and Leicestershire. It is designed to be flexible and proactive in delivering personalised, strengths-based community support, relevant to people's circumstances and the stage of their condition.
