Description
The Council is looking to procure an enforcement contractor to deliver a range of enforcement services. As part of the contract there will be duties that are guaranteed, such as environmental enforcement, to be carried out under specific legislation across the whole borough, however, there will also be an expectance for the contractor to scale up or down services where additional support is needed, for example, in relation to Area Council requirements.
