Description

Overview of Requirements:

The successful Provider will be required to:

Develop and maintain a online and digital system wide citizens' panel across the Black Country and West Birmingham STP

Identify demographic gaps from JSNAs and CCGs to base recruitment targets

Recruit approximately 350 citizens from each locality predominantly based on demographics and those who wouldn't normally get involved in health care engagement (where possible including those from seldom heard or hard to reach communities).
Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and any other relevant aspects as requested.

Adopt random selection and self-selection methods to recruit panel members

Data gathered from recruitment will be stored in a password protected. spreadsheet and uploaded onto the survey software. Results and feedback from surveys will also be held on a local spreadsheet.

Create a short screening questionnaire to be complete to join the citizen's panels - this should also gather demographic information and areas of interest .

Develop a Terms of Reference for panel members for prospective and recruited panel members.

Develop questionnaires/surveys for specified areas of engagement in partnership with relevant communications and engagement leads.

Provide analysis and reports following each survey conducted.

Develop and run online education webinars as required (one every quarter).

Develop and maintain a closed Facebook page to enable commissioners and panel members can engage in wider conversation.

Gather and store data in accordance with GDPR and DPA 2019 including individual permissions to be involved and data sharing.

Enable panel members to see how their insight has influenced / impacted work
