Description

Reroofing works to 35 Northgate Baroque Public House Blackburn. The works generally include the remedial works to roof; replacement of broken tiles, renewal of leadwork to sheet roof, replacement of flashings, repairs to dormers, repairs and repointing of chimney stacks. Replacement and repairs to rainwater goods.
Cleaning and repairs to external masonry walls, including rebuilding of the gable and isolated repairs to feature stonework. Splicing and repairs to windows and doors to front elevations. Replacement of windows including bay to rear elevation. Dry rot eradication treatment and remedial works to replace or repair defective timbers and replace contaminated finishes.
