Description

Tamworth Borough Council seeks a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of a balcony walkway and parapet wall to rectify water ingress into retail units below. The work will include the removal of existing timber rail divisional fencing, the lifting of promenade tiles, the removal of existing water proofing, concrete slab repair and reinstatement works. Work will also include the creation of new drainage channels through the existing parapet wall to external hopper heads and rainwater pipework.
