Description
Research to provide a comprehensive overview of UK- Japan CEPA utilisation, as far as is possible at this stage, using comparative analysis against EU-Japan EPA or other appropriate comparator FTAs to allow benchmarking. The report should identify issues and opportunities including in business environment, practical customs/ transportation, regulatory or legal blocks and provide an evidence base for future government and business stakeholder engagement/ lobbying. The report should be future minded, identifying opportunities from trends in the market, like aging population, climate, digital etc. Report to provide actionable, tangible recommendations to improve trade and investment with Japan.
