Description

The NAO requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to set up, manage and analyse an online attitude survey of c.900 staff.

Since 2010 the NAO has commissioned an annual, independently conducted, survey of its staff ("the People Survey"). The survey's overall objectives are to:
•understand staff perceptions, concerns and overall mood
•measure employee engagement
•generate insight to help shape internal policies
•demonstrate that the NAO values its employees and welcomes their feedback
