Description

The work comprises the demolition of 64 dwellings situated on Cranswick Grove, Flinton Grove, Foston Grove, Harpham Grove, Hilston Grove, Preston Road, St Johns Grove and Wansford Grove. Dwellings are in blocks of two and are of a non-traditional construction known as Winget. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the
superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site. Post demolition the site will be backfilled with clean imported sub-soil to ground level. ***visit www.yortender.co.uk to tender for this work***
