Description

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint an agent to undertake outstanding and forthcoming rent reviews and lease renewals, lease terminations and alterations.
The Council's requirements will include the following:
• Regular progress reports
• Rent reviews to be completed to final memorandum stage signed by tenants
• Lease renewals/TAW - to be negotiated with the existing tenants to signed Lease or agreement.
• Liaison with Council's solicitors to the completion of the lease.

The following are not be included within the scope of this tender:
• seeking or introducing alternative tenants,
