Description

Hastings Borough Council ( Lead Council) & Eastbourne Borough Council have formed a partnership aimed at reducing the number of rough sleepers in their districts and wish to procure the services of outreach Officers & Housing First Support Staff from an appropriate supplier with the aim of improving access to support services as well as long term housing solutions for rough sleepers.
