Description

Wycombe District Council is looking to appoint Commercial Agents to manage 3 sites/property with the district. The sites are currently let and services will include, but are not limited to; rent collection, general tenancy supervision, operation of service charges, and advice. All to be undertaken in accordance with RICS codes of practice.
Prospective tenderers should be RICS members (or equivalent).
