Description
Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide annual inspecting, testing, maintenance and replacement fire equipment. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender.
There are currently 7 WFDC properties locations that require testing, there will be an additional one later in the summer, a list of which can be found in the ITT.
The maintenance contract is required to meet the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The contract is to provide an 'all inclusive' service provision.
Contractors providing services for the maintenance of portable fire extinguishers shall provide documented evidence that they comply with relevant British and European standards as detailed below and that they are third party certificated to BAFE or equivalent UKAS accredited certification scheme for the scope of work.
The deadline for submissions to Due North is 2pm, Thursday 8th June 2017.
