Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (Central Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Unscheduled Dental Care Services in Hertfordshire. This Procurement consists of two geographically based lots. The ITT reference is itt_654 and responses should be made by 12 noon on Thursday 2nd March 2017. Please note the deadline to express an interest and request documents is 28th February 2017 at 12 noon.
The Commissioners are looking for provider(s) to deliver an Unscheduled Dental Care service providing assessment and treatment for residents and visitors between 18:00 and 20:00 on weekdays and between 12:00 and 20:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. These appointments will be pre-bookable appointments made by the NHS 111 triage service. The service has been split into Lots to cover the East and North Hertfordshire and Herts Valleys CCG Boundary areas. As a result of this procurement exercise agreements will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years. The contracts for this service will each be a Personal Dental Services (PDS) Agreement, with a Service commencement date of 29th June 2017. The total contract values, payable on a block contract basis, are as follows:
LOT 1 - within East & North Hertfordshire CCG Boundaries - £225,000
LOT 2 - within Herts Valleys CCG Boundaries - £225,000
