Description
The purpose of the trial is to test the capability of a novel temporary traffic management solution that will enable the junction to be refurbished safely by managing traffic and pedestrian movements and also expediating construction work by permitting existing infrastructure to be reused (eg. underground ducting) and creating 'space' for new layout features with reduced interference with the existing junction layout.
