Description

A mini competition was held in accordance with the guidance set out in the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Services - RM1043ii, Framework. A Call off Contract was issued in accordance with the provisions of the framework guidelines. The scope of works was for the provision of a Discovery along GDS principles for the NHS Maternity Exemption Service with a view to improving the service for its customers and achieving cost savings for the organisation. The current service is a fairly simple linear process, currently has 450k applications per year and is 100% paper based.
