Description

The Museum of London is seeking a suitable consultant to provide Approved Inspector Services in relation to the New Museum Project at West Smithfield.

The services will be required for the duration of RIBA stages 2- 6. The successful consultant will liaise closely with the design team and other external parties The scope will include but not be limited to providing advice, reviewing strategy documentation, submitting the initial notice.
attend meetings, site visits as required and liaison with the Contractor.

The consultant will ensure that all full compliance with the Building Regulations is adhered to and proactively respond to queries throughout the contractual period..
