Description
London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) are seeking to appoint an experienced Consultant to:
• develop a bespoke Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) methodology that builds on an existing methodology developed by our sister organisation, the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC);
• carry out a pilot Post Occupancy Evaluation at the Corporation's first neighbourhood, and;
• provide a set of recommendations for the LLDC based on the analysis.
Transport for London (TfL) is conducting this procurement on behalf of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), who are the Contracting Authority.

London Legacy Development Corporation
The London Legacy Development Corporation ("LLDC") is a Mayoral Development Corporation established under the Localism Act 2011. The LLDC's main objective is to ensure the legacy of the 2012 Games and the regeneration of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the other adjacent and associated areas for which it is responsible. In support of this statutory purpose, the LLDC holds land and can exercise a range of powers over that land, including management, development and planning.

Transport for London
