Description
Orbit is looking to procure a Mental Wellbeing Support Service from a high-quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit Customers.
We currently provide access to specialist mental health support to around 700 customers (tenants). We have commissioned a national partnership with a variety of mental health support providers enabling our customers to be fully supported on their personalised recovery journey with individually tailored support.
This support is provided in a range of ways to ensure the service is accessible and meets customers' requirement including one to one in person, digitally and by phone and also in groups.
The service will cover all Orbit stock, broken into 9 Lots as follows:
Lot 1 - Bexley
Lot 2 - Warwick District
Lot 3 - Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth
Lot 4 - Rugby and Northampton (incl. Kettering & Corby)
Lot 5 - Stratford on Avon District
Lot 6 - Thanet
Lot 7 - Hastings and Rother
Lot 8 - Norwich, Broadland, Waveney and Yarmouth
Lot 9 - Digital and phone only
The current contract expires in February and this tender is to recommission the service.
