Description
SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Surveyors to provide consultancy advice on two Build to Rent developments the Council is considering developing at the following locations:
• Cambourne High Street
The main purpose of the feasibility work is as follows:
• To provide market advice in response to the Council's proposed mix of residential and retail development
• To undertake a 'soft marketing' market research event to establish the demand for private rented housing in the area around Cambourne High Street
• To report on the findings of the soft marketing exercise
• To propose services for marketing the completed scheme to investors and occupiers.
