Description

A supplier is required to work with AGEM to provide analytics to support clinical decision making in defined clinical program areas which will include problem statement and questions in relation to these areas.
1. Fragile services and scenarios to improve resilience
2. Inequity of access and outcomes for populations
3. Variation in pathway management, resources and interventions
4. Load balancing, prioritisation and capacity management between providers
5. Evaluation of interventions and impact, benefit realisation
6. Priority setting and taking decisions within and across networks

East Midlands Provider Collaborative is working with AGEM to provide an intelligence and integration support service to a group of Acute providers across Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Lincolnshire, Northampton.
The provider should have capability and competence in pathway measurement and variation analysis, working with AGEM data, and integrated analytics team to develop a proposition for mapping data flows both locally and nationally into a platform that can be utilised for integration and value-based analysis.
This provider will also have the ability to transfer methodologies and frameworks to AGEM analytics teams to build future capabilities in providing decision-based analysis and insight
