Description
Wirral Council are seeking multiple food produce/ catering suppliers to service our commercial cafes/ restaurants namely the Floral Pavilion, the Williamson Art Gallery, and the West Kirby restaurant with scope for expansion to other premises in future. We are seeking suppliers with a focus on quality, seasonal, and wherever possible, locally sourced produce to support our commercial offering. This contract will be split into lots: - Lot 1: Fresh Fruit and Veg - Lot 2: Fresh Meat - Lot 3: Fresh fish and seafood - Lot 4: Dairy and Bakery Products -Lot 5- Ambient and Chilled and frozen foods
