Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide Digital wellbeing support for the Homes for Ukraine scheme. This digital service will be needed for the district of South Cambridgeshire and will be needed to used by both hosts and Ukrainian refugees.
Currently we have 327 Ukrainian refugees in South Cambridgeshire that are being hosted by 170 guests. There is a larger cohort of Ukrainian refugees who have found their own independent accommodation within South Cambridgeshire who may wish to access this service as well.
South Cambridgeshire District Council is looking for a digital service that provides wellbeing support of the following types:
o Online counselling, including trauma counselling and support for post traumatic stress disorder
o Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
o Multilingual support, including English, Ukrainian and Russian
o Online resources aimed at providing self service support such as articles, podcasts, TED Talks, complimentary materials to support the wellbeing needs of the individual.
o Provide access to support groups

The digital service will need to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be managed by the contractor.

The digital service will store data on UK servers and will comply with both the general data protection regulations and also the general data protection act 2018.

SCDC will initially purchase 60 licenses for both host and guest support packages. Once these have been exhausted, we will look to purchase a further set of 60 licenses subject to demand. SCDC will provide guests and hosts with licenses on a first come first served basis. If the initial demand is greater than the initial 60 licenses purchased, we will purchase a further number of licenses subject to demand.

The contractor will have public liability insurance, employers liability insurance of £5million. They will also possess professional indemnity insurance, and they will need to confirm this as part of their submission.

The successful firm will need to demonstrate a number of robust safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety of the users of the service.

If the contractor has any safeguarding concerns through providing the service, then these must be reported to SCDC's named contact
