NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 April 2017 for the following reason: This requirement is being withdrawn as the proposed project specification has changed.The University of Bath requires a contractor to undertake Remedial Waterproofing works to the West elevation of the Sports Training Village Multi Purpose Sports Hall on the Main campus.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
The suggested start date for work to commence will be sometime in November 2016 by agreement with the client and successful Contractor. The works are to be completed within a 6 week period unless advised otherwise by the Contractor as part of their tender submission.
