The University of Sheffield has awarded a tender on behalf of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering for an Automated Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) Cluster Tool.
We required a Automated Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) Cluster Tool for the creation of high quality ordered nanostructures based on III-V Quantum Dots (QDs).
Our requirement was split into 3 Lots:
