Description
Malvern Hills District Council is inviting Tenders from Potential Consultants on behalf of the south Worcestershire Councils (SWC) (Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council) for the provision of a Cotswolds (Wychavon District) Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Environs Landscape and Visual Sensitivity Study, which will help to inform the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (SWDPR).
The SWDPR Cotswolds (Wychavon District) AONB and Environs Landscape and Visual Sensitivity Study is required to cover the Cotswolds (Wychavon District) area as shown in the accompanying maps. The Study will enable the SWCs to determine which areas of land warrant further planning appraisals, e.g. transport etc, with a view to potentially allocating them for employment / housing or leisure / tourism / sports or recreational development.
