Description

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a suitably experienced Provider to deliver Autism Community Support Services within Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire under a single Provider Framework Agreement.

Whilst initially for use by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council, the Framework Agreement may also be open for use by the following classifications of user defined as a "public body" in the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (as amended) ("the Act") within the City of Nottingham and/or the County of Nottinghamshire: i.e. Local Authority Councils and NHS bodies.

The Framework Agreement will be awarded for an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for a further period of up to twelve months.

In addition to establishing the Framework Agreement the Council will simultaneously enter into three Call-Off Contracts:

1. Pre-Diagnostic Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Service.
2. Adult Autism Befriending Service.
3. Establishing a Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Autism Alliance.

The initial term for each of the Call-Offs 1, 2 & 3 is one year, with an option to extend for up to a further two years.

Further Call-Off Contracts may be entered into with the Provider during the term of the Framework Agreement.
