Description
English and Exams business unit in the British Council currently has an under representation of women in our leadership cohort above Middle Managers, in comparison to the organisational targets of 50% women. This under representation is less acute in senior leadership in other parts of the organisation.
This research has helped us to understand the barriers to progression experienced by female leaders and to identify actions to address these, which will include a women's leadership development programme for middle and senior leaders.
The British Council is looking for a training partner to support in development of the programme. Please find further information in the tender documents shared.
