Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint contractors per lot for the replacement of electrical services as outlined within this specification and on the accompanying tender drawings for all properties/blocks listed and owned by Peabody located on The Pinnacle, Thamesmead. Including works for: Lighting & Power, Access Control and Gates/fencing. Contractors shall refer to the specific requirements for each of the blocks as indicated on the accompanying drawings.
