SLC has procured and implemented a cloud-based CRM system, Salesforce.
The initial go live of the system will replace the current systems used by contact centre staff in responding to customer calls and will implement self-service for customers to manage their accounts online and check the status of their applications.
this contract will provide cloud support services in the design and build of the CRM solution and integrating it into our line of business systems.
