Description

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION
The London Borough of Croydon is seeking a Service Provider to deliver Advocacy Services for people living in the London Borough of Croydon.
The service will provide statutory and non-statutory Advocacy elements under one tender with two Lots.
Lot one will consist of mental Health statutory elements, including IMHA, Mental Health Advocacy. Lot two will cover Care Act, IMCA, DoL's, and NHS Complaints.
The contract will commence on 1st October 2024 and will be for a period of 7 years in total.
The Council intends to commission a single organisation or consortium to deliver services; the service will need to respond innovatively and creatively by working in partnership with service users, family/carers & other providers and to develop pathways with existing community services for example, GPs and community health services.
The specification will require potential providers to be familiar with the principal legislation and statutory requirements relating to the provision of Advocacy Services.
We encourage the providers to embed co-production into their delivery of services so that users of services are integral to the continued shaping of local services. Suppliers who are interested in this opportunity must be aware that TUPE may apply.
We would like to invite interested providers to a virtual presentation delivered on Microsoft Teams outlining our requirements on Monday 27th November at 11am to 12noon
To confirm your attendance please submit a message with your name, organisation and email address for all delegates.
