Description

The works comprise masonry repairs to the boundary wall facing Greetwellgate. The building is listed Grade II and the boundary wall is also protected by the listing. Work is needed to cut out and replace badly defective stone and brickwork, whilst retaining original masonry where possible. The gate piers are also out of plumb and are to be dismantled and rebuilt, and new steel gates in keeping with the style of the conservation area are to be provided.
