Description
Lewisham Council invites you to submit a tender for building restoration works as part of the regeneration of Beckenham Place Park. Lewisham Council wishes to improve the facilities the park offers to the communities surrounding it, and to attract a much more diverse and larger audience to use and enjoy it. The Council aims to make Beckenham Place Park the well-loved community asset it should be, as the largest park in South East London with significant ecological and historical value. We have been awarded £5million from the Heritage Lottery Fund to support a comprehensive restoration scheme at Beckenham Place Park and we are about to embark on the delivery phase of the project, with the aim of completing works in May 2019.
