Description

Gateshead Council has called off from KCS Professional Services for Managed Services for Business Framework Agreement - Y16018

Hosting, Support and Maintenance for existing Pay360 service.
The Supplier will provide the products and services set out below:
Secure Cloud (sCloud) Income Management - Income Management (AIM). The central income processing and repository module used to assist with validating, processing and storage of income.
sCloud Paye.net, a browser-based solution that supports payments by debit or credit card taken over the telephone. The solution can be configured to handle face-to-face cash, cheque and card payments with configurable, point to point (P2PE) Chip & PIN device options upon request and subject to appropriate configuration fees.
ACR counter receipting
A cash office/back-office module to facilitate all customer present transactions.
Secure Bureau Service
Hosted, PCI DSS certified card authorisation service processing card transactions for Paye.net with integrated secure Chip and Pin devices.
Terminal Management System (P2PE) and clients
Console to manage and secure chip and pin estate in line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS ) and point to point (P2PE) chip and pin encryption mandates.
Secure Card Portal (SCP) which provides the secure Pay360 hosted online card entry pages and authorisation process enabling seamless integration with any third-party website, front-end form, specialist system or application which typically capture customer details and what they are paying for. The Portal pages then manage the secure payment service for such systems. Other Portals for Planning and Licensing are included.
Automated Touchtone System a highly secure, convenient, fast and easy to use payment channel enabling self-service Pay360 hosted Touch Tone payments to be made by citizens directly.
Support will include agreed required upgrades during the term
