Description

The purpose of this work is to provide robust, timely evaluation of projects funded by the Returners Fund and of the overarching Fund itself. Findings will build the evidence base on how to support returners back into the labour market, responding to the following research questions:
• How can employers in the private and other targeted sectors best support returners to return to paid employment?
• To what extent does the requirement vary across different industries, and for different groups (e.g., BAME, disabled, and older workers)?

Findings will be used to inform the design and delivery of future Returners policy programmes.

This contract is for the core services needed to run the evaluation. Additional contracts will be drawn up for each project evaluation.
