Torbay Council are seeking experienced Market Providers to supply specialist market solutions in Princess Gardens Torquay and Torre Abbey Meadows Torquay, to provide part of the Town Cultural Heritage creating a sense of place over Bank Holiday weekends or on a regular weekend basis from Easter 2019 to September 2019, depending on the Lot applied for.
