Description
LCC is seeking to develop a suite of surveys conducted on an annual basis for the next three years to provide part of this evidence. The surveys will ascertain the "temperature" of the organisation and the views of Councillors, Officers and residents of the city, capturing views, opinions and perceptions of the Council. Whilst each survey will be an individual piece of bespoke research, together they need to align through the communal strands of the City Plan, Mayoral Priorities and the Improvement Plan for the Council. It is hoped that these surveys will help to both illustrate the progress that is being made by the Council through our Improvement Plan, but also to identify additional issues and areas that may need to be considered in future iterations.
LCC is therefore looking to undertake the following three surveys:
1. Resident survey;
2. Staff survey;
3. Members (local councillors) survey.
LCC wish to engage wish to undertake this pre procurement consultation to gauge interest from the market and to assist with shaping the specification. Suppliers will be required to review a draft specification, provide comment / feedback and indicative timescales and costings to help inform the procurement process.
Any responses to this Pre Procurement Engagement Exercise imply no commitment on Providers to engage in any subsequent procurement process, nor do they confer any advantaged status or guarantee of inclusion in any subsequent procurement process for those Providers who do respond.
