Description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("the Council") is establishing a Provider list, using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), of suitably qualified Doctors who are able to carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Section 12.
