Description

Herefordshire Council wishes to procure Microsoft Power BI to support its production of business intelligence across the council.

Currently the council develops much of its business intelligence by extracting data from core IT products (such as Mosaic (Servelec), CIVICA, Business World etc.), manipulating in excel, and shares via email. This approach is of course time consuming, at risk of inaccuracies and doesn't allow for easy analysis by those in analyst roles, or end users of information.

The council now wants to develop the approach using MS Power BI to offer additional insight to service areas using interactive dashboards, potentially located on intranet/internet pages, building these capabilities with existing substantive staff.
