Description

The London Borough of Lambeth has commenced an ambitious estate regeneration and house building programme to improve a selection of its estates and deliver additional new homes. It is seeking a provider of housing management and associated services for the first phase of this programme; predominantly a scheme of 70 affordable homes on Lollard Street, SW11 6PX.
