Description

Brief Description of Requirement

The aim of the project is to bring all staff and visitor welfare facilities in Science building 1, up to an equal to those in other areas of the site.

The proposal is to include the refurbishment of five staff washroom facilities. All panels, electricals and sanitary ware will be supplied by the chosen contractor.

All structural works and alterations to the building will be carried out by the chosen contractor and should not be issued to a sub-contractor by the employer.

All existing washroom furniture should be carefully dismantled and disposed of in the correct manner.

Bidders should note that all services must be completed and signed off no later than Friday 30th November 2018

Compliance certificates will need to be provided prior to total payment being issued on completion of the works
