Description
Rochdale Adult Care Services and the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are committed to improving the service offer to Carers in the Rochdale Borough and increasing the number of Carers supported in their caring role.
We recognise the important role that unpaid Carers, who care for their family members, make to the Health and Social Care economy and the impact that caring can have on the health, wellbeing and quality of life of Carers.
As a result, we are delighted to offer to the market an exciting opportunity to work with us on developing a new universal Carers offer across the Borough aimed at substantially increasing the number of Carers identified and offered information, advice and support in their caring roles which helps them to continue in that role for as long as they choose to and minimises the impact of caring on their health and wellbeing.
