Description

North East Lincolnshire Council (the council) wishes to appoint a service
provider to develop and operate a pre-school day care provision on the
Yarborough Community Centre site in that it will function in partnership
with West Marsh Children's Centre (Children's Centre). This will be
a business opportunity for the successful organisation, offering a 4 year
concession contract for the service provision (with the opportunity to extend
for 2 x 12 month periods) and a 6 year lease of the building.
