Description

Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of lift maintenance to the Council and some Derby schools, providing scheduled service attendances, adjustments and cleaning, lubrication and topping up oil and hydraulic reservoirs, a call out facility, and annual supplementary examinations and tests.

The initial contract period will be two years; the contract is estimated to commence on the 1st of July 2019 and expire on the 30th of June 2021. There will be options to extend the contract for up to two further years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
