Description

The service level and availability criteria required for this Call-Off Contract are:
- To draw on best practice to support the re-engineering of harmonised and simplified end to end processes for Finance and HR to optimise performance; based around user centric principles and real life experience of what has worked in other organisations consistent with cross Government Global Design Principles;
- Coordinate the change roadmap to deliver these, leading a programme of value driven, standardisation and simplification across HR and Finance (working with sponsoring SCS2 sponsors from each of the functions); prior to Enterprise Resource System (ERP) implementation. To include the relevant control and key performance indicators;
- Identify, design and lead wider business change management activities across the group that enable corporate services to deliver sustainable change, align local leaders to this ambition and improve employee experience;
- Provide thought leadership on innovative ideas for the future effective management
- Specialist Business Analysts to support HR and Finance Harmonisation Programme.
