Description
Bidders are invited to submit a bid for refurbishment works to Gaywood House, a Council owned High Rise property located in North Street, Bedminster (the postcode is split between BS3 3BA and BS3 3BB). Gaywood House is a 12 story block of flats occupied by residents over 50 with a small garage site containing 16 garages situated in North Street Bedminster BS3 3AZ. External cladding/ roof and window renewals. It is a mandatory requirement for Contractors to visit the site prior to tendering to ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the Project Manager Paul Murphy 0117 3525879. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure site visits are scheduled before the tender deadline.
