Description
The tender shall be for the complete supply, installation and testing of the lift works as detailed in the specifications for each Lot.
Lot 1 - Civic Centre Duplex Centre Core Lifts. The tender shall be for the complete supply, installation and testing of the lift works as detailed in the LOT 1 Specification - Centre Core Lifts. The Lift Contractor shall include for all necessary materials, labour and associated plant and apparatus for the completion of the specified works on site.
Lot 2 - Civic Centre 1No Goods Lift & 2No Platform Lifts. The scope of works is for the refurbishment of the existing hydraulic lift and replacement of two platform scissor hoists in their entirety as detailed in LOT 2 Lot 2 - Specification - Civic Goods Lift & Hoist.
Lot 3 - Fairlie House & The Gouldings. As detailed in LOT 3 Specification, the removal and full replacement of both left and right hand Lifts forming new Landing Entrances on Floors where indicated, on a one-by-one basis with one lift available for use at all times during the contract works
Lot 4 - Peter Fagen House. For the complete supply, installation and testing of the lift works as detailed in Lot 4 - Specification - Peter Fagen House
The Lift Contractor shall include for all necessary materials, labour and associated plant and apparatus for the completion of the specified works on site.
Contracts for each Lot will be awarded individually. The London Borough of Hillingdon retains the right to award only one, all or none of the available Lots.
The evaluation process will be carried out internally within London Borough of Hillingdon's Procurement & Planned Works Team. Factors to be considered by those contractors who will tender for these Lots are that their bids will be based on the following weightings:
Commercial (Price) - 50%
Quality - 50%
