Description

Harborough District Council intends to commission a provider to manage facilities management soft services for The Symington Building (the Council's Headquarters). The Council anticipates that the contractor will deliver a substantial proportion of the required services directly and sub-contract the remainder as necessary, taking full responsibility for coordination, management and delivery.
