Torbay Council are undertaking this further competition on behalf of the Bay Education Trust and are providing procurement support only. The Bay education Trust consists of Paignton Community and Sports Academy, Curledge Street Academy and Kings Ash Academy. The Contract will be between the successful Contractor and the Bay Education Trust The trust has recently formed and wishes to improve the WAN connectivity for all three schools, to increase bandwidth, provide resiliency and allow the schools to share a number of internal services through a common private network.
