Description

Mid Devon District Council is seeking support from a suitable consultant with specialist knowledge and experience to undertake a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for the forthcoming Local Plan for the District 'Plan Mid Devon'. This will have regard to an existing SFRA completed in 2014 and relevant national legislation and guidance. It will be capable of being used to apply the "Sequential Test" and inform the preparation of the new Local Plan which will include site allocations for development.
